 XSM300 features light weight and easy installation, M Plan APO HL objectives, and optical fiber cold light illumination,
 which can be connected with YAG laser device for micro electronic repair, welding and cutting.
 It can be widely used for semiconductor manufacturing and LCD examinations and researches.
 The optics of XSM300 is suitable within the range from visible light to near infrared ray.
